Student Reading Progress Sheets
These sheets are good for students to be able to track which books they have read. This can also be used as a simple assessment sheet whereby students read the book to the teacher, or to a student who is granted permission to be a 'Sensei' (and has shown that they can read the book aloud), for them to stamp or sign.
